The story behind Zisch.
Zisch started with a simple problem:
In a student job in retail, working hours were written down on paper, collected, copied into a notebook and then planned in Excel – a time-consuming and error-prone process. The first idea was therefore to digitalise exactly this step.
But it grew into something more. On a park bench – with an A3 pad and the search for a business idea – Benjamin and Lennart laid the foundation for Zisch. The original solution evolved into software that now automates workforce planning and makes it significantly simpler.
As the product evolved, so did the team: Christian brings structure and sales experience, while Moritz drives marketing and networking.
Today, Zisch helps companies plan more efficiently and save valuable time.
April 2023
Start of development
The idea becomes reality: the first concepts are implemented and development of Zisch begins. The goal is not just to digitalise workforce planning, but to fundamentally simplify it through intelligent automation.
July 2025
Official founding
With the founding of Zisch, the idea becomes a company. Christian and Moritz join Lennart and Benjamin, adding strength in structure, marketing and sales. Together, they drive further development and lay the foundation for the first customers and use cases.
September 2025
Moving into the office
Moving into the first shared office creates a central place for collaboration and development. The team grows closer together and works with focus on taking Zisch forward as a product and as a company.
